http://amzn.to/1SMpPfyThe Sennheiser Pxc 450 offers an outstanding sound becase it has an adaptive baffle and Duofol diaphragms. The Noise Gard technology offers the best isolation from outside noise up to 95%. You can wear the headphones and talk with anyone without being distracted by the surroudings. The Sennheiser Pxc 450 comes with a soft case, 2 audio adapters for in-flight enterainment and batteries. The audio function is always on even when you don’t have any batteries or you have the headphones in the passive mode.  The Sennheiser Pxc 450 is a premium around the ear noise cancelling headphone from Sennheiser.  These headphones are super comfortable and have a foldable design for an easy storage.  The TalkThrough function is great because you don’t have to take the headhpones off your head when you want to talk to neighbors . With just one AAA battery you can listen up to 17 hours of your favorite music. The Sennheiser Pxc 450 also has a function that makes it function like a passive headset when you’re using without batteries so the audio will always work. The volume control is integrated into the headphone. The headphones also has a great construction with user-replaceable parts. The single sided cable has 3.5 mm mini jack that comes with a locking 1/4 “ adapter for studio stereo equipment .   The noise cancellation feature is superb and they are very comfortable but the battery runs out so fast. I love them overall - the only problem I have is that the speaker inside the ear cup bumps into my ear and is a bit uncomfortable - if your ears are shaped differently from mine, you may have no issues with this :)
The case is great for traveling - it doesn't take up much room, yet protects the headphones from bumps.
I use these primarily for flying, and they do a decent job of blocking the noise - I also love the fact that I can use them as regular headphones if the battery dies out. Excelent product,  it's worth the price. If you want to buy them go for it these are the best headphones I’ve had in years.
